Shipping & Returns

We currently ship only through USPS Monday-Friday. If you place an order on the weekend or on a holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.

Returns/Exchanges

At The Letter 22, our goal is to make you happy. We understand that sometimes an item won’t fit or you just aren’t happy. We will gladly offer you an exchange or your money back. All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items on sale are final and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Mail returns/exchanges to us with your invoice and instructions for return/exhange (ie. different style, size). Be sure to provide a phone number or the best email address to contact you if we have questions. If you have received a damaged item please contact us and we will gladly help you out.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to The Letter 22 (unless the item is defective or we made an error in your shipment), and The Letter 22 will pay the shipping for the new item to be sent. This applies to all first exchanges in the US and Canada, shipping for any additional exchanges on the order are the customers responsibility.

We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless the item is defective.
